In our penultimate week of term, OULTC team players managed to secure two wins and two losses in their matches.
With our best result of the week are M1 who beat Exeter 3s away 12-0. W2 then beat Nottingham 4s in a cup match with a tiebreak shootout to clinch victory from a 6-6 draw. W3 lost 4-2 to Leicester 1s but with some great performances, notably Bethy Reeves who came back from 5-2 down in both sets of singles to win 7-5 in each. M3 played Nottingham 4s at home in a cup match and lost 4-8. However again there was some close matches, with Olivier Witteveen and Jason Kwong playing a tough three setter doubles match and only just losing out 8-10 in the final tiebreak.
PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Innes Hicsasmaz from W2 who lost her singles in a tricky 6-7, 6-4, 7-10 match but who then won her shootout tiebreak 10-8 to secure the win!
