This was a varied week for OULTC who battled throught some tough matches to achieved two wins and three losses.
W2 crushed Leicester 1’s in their away match with an overall result of 5-1. A special shoutout must be given to Charlotte Feldhoff who had a marathon of a match which ended in her taking the win in a thrilling tie break!
M2 took the win from Birmingham 2’s in their home match this week with a score of 4-2. Everyone played exceptionally well including Ignacio who was the only person to win both this doubles and singles matches. Sadly M3 suffered a close defeat to Coventry 1s 8-4 at their home match this week. This doesn't reflect the tightness of the matches and how well fought out each point was!
PLAYER OF THE MATCH Has to go to Celina Hartmann and Fenella Gross for theit sheer determination in pulling through to win their doubles match in 2 sets from being down 5-1 in their second set!
